I am a shaman who walks between two worlds — the world of food and the world of energy healing. Elixum was born from that crossing: crystal-infused juices and elixirs that nourish your body and awaken your spirit.
The origin
Two worlds, one calling.
My path began long before Elixum existed — in ceremony and stillness, in the ancient practice of working with plants and medicine. As a shaman, I learned that healing is not separate from nourishment. Every root, every berry, every crystal-clear spring carries an intention.
But I also grew up in the kitchen. The smell of something simmering, the ritual of chopping and blending, the way a single sip can transport you — food has always been my other language.
For years I kept these two worlds apart, not realizing they were always speaking to each other. Elixum is what happened when I finally let them meet. Each bottle is a ceremony — cold pressed with intention, infused with the energetic properties of crystals, and made with the same reverence I bring to my healing practice.

The practice
Crystal infusion is not magic. It is memory.
Crystals carry the memory of the earth — millions of years of pressure, heat, and transformation compressed into form. When we place them in water, in juice, in the living liquid of a plant, something passes between them.
Every Elixum bottle is charged with intention during the making. The crystal is chosen for its resonance with the blend. The process is slow, deliberate, and sacred.
