The founder
A decade in the forest, a lifetime in the body.
My path began not in a kitchen but in the mountains of Peru, sitting with curanderas who had spent their lives listening to plants. I learned that healing is not something you do to a body — it is something you invite the body to remember.
I spent years studying Amazonian plant medicine, Andean crystal traditions, and the Ayurvedic science of taste and energy. When I returned home, I brought those teachings into the only language I knew how to share them: food.
Elixum is the result of that translation. Each formula is a living recipe — not fixed, but responsive to season, intention, and the energy of the person drinking it.

How we work
Three principles that guide every formula.
Living ingredients
We source only fresh, whole, and where possible wild-harvested ingredients. Nothing powdered, nothing extracted. The plant arrives as it grew.
Crystal intention
Each elixir is charged in the presence of its corresponding crystal for a minimum of 24 hours. The crystal does not dissolve — it transmits.
Lunar timing
Batches are prepared in alignment with the lunar cycle. New moon for root and sacral elixirs. Full moon for heart, throat, and crown.
Crystal sourcing
Ethically sourced. Energetically verified.
Every crystal used in our process is sourced directly from small-scale miners in Brazil, Madagascar, and the American Southwest. We visit our suppliers. We know the hands that pulled these stones from the earth.
